A recent grad looking to start your own practice...
An associate dentist looking for your own gig...
Looking for a satellite clinic...
An established dentist who is tired of the stress and headaches of a "normal" practice and looking to switch gears into something easier and more profitable.
I have one staff person who does clinical assisting and administrative work.
I pay her an hourly wage with no other benefits. Also I have one other person that works part time from home for admin stuff.
I have an internet phone system (no landline) that costs me around $25 a month. This way my assistant can take care of phone calls and texts from home.
I use a cloud based dental software and run my practice on an iPad. (Literally an iPad is my entire computer system). No worries about backups, security, buying servers and workstations, down time, or paying IT guys $2500 a month. And I can access all my practice stuff from where ever I am, whenever I need to.
I use state of the art marketing system with AI that I developed to generate my flow of implant patients, and automate everything as much as possible.
I am not on any insurance PPO’s. All patients pay us in full, and the insurance check goes to the patient.
We do NO billing. We have no accounts receivable. All treatment is pre-paid up front, in full, before we start treatment. (We offer outside financing options for those who need it).
I see one patient at a time. My schedule and my office is relaxed and pretty much stress free.
I work 1.5 days per week with plenty of vacation.
I have systems to make everything as automated and simple as possible.
So you can see that my practice is different than the norm. I am not suggesting the way I practice is ideal for everyone, and I’m not saying you should do it - but I think you should look hard at the opportunity I am offering... because you are not going to run across something like this very often.
And I will tell you I've been practicing a LONG time, and I've worked in every type of practice known to mankind - including as an owner and an associate (multiple times), and I have scratch started two practices.
And this I can assure you...
I don’t want to keep working in 2 practices, so I am looking for the right person to take this over.
And guess what?
If you decide to buy this, you get to keep using that same kick ass system to rocket your production.
See, basically I've just been kind of coasting (hence the 1.5 day a week schedule), but I can easily ramp this up for you depending on how much you want to work.
Not only that, I will show you how it all works so you can eventually take it over yourself (if you want to).
Look, I am willing to sell this for only $125,000…
And that’s a steal.
Especially when you consider how much it costs to equip a dental office these days.
And when you consider that this is a very unique practice… mainly implant work, fee for service with treatment paid in full up front, no insurance hassles, no PPO’s hammering down your fees.
And the overhead is low - lease and utilities only around $1000 per month. Heck some of my buddies in their big offices pay that per month just for AC in the summer time.
Also this practice could easily be exploded by ramping up the marketing, and/or adding general dentistry services if you want. (I don’t recommend doing that, but hey if you have other things you like doing, knock yourself out).
You could provide life changing treatment to patients who need you.
You could replace low profit, difficult, high stress procedures with high profit, easier procedures.
Your hourly production tripled, or more.
You didn’t have to stockpile all the materials and supplies necessary for all those procedures.
You only need to see one patient in the morning, or even the whole day to meet your production goals. (maybe even one per week?)
You didn’t need a big staff or a huge office.
Patients really, really wanted what you are offering.
You get pre-paid for treatment before you start.
You don’t deal with insurance or sending bills to patients.
Patients are GRATEFUL for what you do for them. stuff
Getting specific patients who need and want dental implant related treatment
Getting pre-educated patients who know what you are going to offer them before they hit the chair
Getting pre-screened patients that know what the fee will be so you don't have people in your chair that can't afford your treatment
Less stress
More profit
More free time
Patients will thank you for changing their life
If you want to compete in the new world dominated by DSO's and insurance companies, then you've got to step up to the plate and do something different...
Provide more (or only) high profit procedures
Get rid of insurance company BS
Get paid upfront
